PACKAGE INCLUDE :- Kolkata to Kolkata Non-Ac Train Fare [Sleeper Class], Car or Bus journey as per itinerary,  food in hotel ( morning tea, breakfast, with  evening  tea , dinner ) triple or four sharing non ac accommodation.

 PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE :- Sightseeing, food = lunch, food in train, tourist entry fee, safari fee, party celebration, Porter Charges, Tips, Medical Cost & any  type of Medical assistance, alcoholic beverages, camera entry fee, pony- dandy charges, extra vehicle charges,  boating charges, laundry charges, palanquin, ropeway, horse hire, rafting, paragliding, dress hire, packaged drinking water, snorkelling, scuba diving and any other charges those are of personal nature or anything not included in the “Package Includes” section mentioned above.

RULE 1 – “JABETO CHOLO” It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID’s ( Passport / Driving License / Voter ID Card ). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID. we are not responsible if tourist fails to produce whenever asked.

RULE 2 – “JABETO CHOLO” is not responsible to refund or to compensate any amount of money if the tour or any part of the tour is cancelled due to political insurgency, natural calamity, train cancelled, any type of accident  or conditions beyond control of whichever the nature may be or any reason beyond the control of  “JABETO CHOLO”.

RULE 3 – “JABETO CHOLO” is not responsible to refund or to compensate any amount of money, if the tourist cannot complete the tour for his or her adverse physical condition for any other personal reason. Money spent on tourist medical assistance or any other special necessity which occurred during the tour by the Tour Manager on tourist request. Passenger is liable to return full amount of money to “JABETO CHOLO”.

RULE 4 – During the tour the Tour Manager may change the tour programme according to his convenience to operate the tour successfully. The final decision will be taken by the tour manager in any matter during the tour. Cancellation request of running tour will be not accepted and no refund will be provided.

RULE 5 – During the tour if any adverse condition or incidents occurs due to any misbehaviour  any illegal act. or any act that is socially not accepted by passenger (s). The passenger (s) concerned will be solely responsible for that occurrence or happening.

RULE 6 – Kindly note that luggage should be handled and taken care by the passenger(s) at the Railway stations, train, vehicles and in the hotel also. The responsibility of the luggage completely belongs to the passenger(s). “JABETO CHOLO” is not by any means responsible for theft, burglary, damage or loss of luggage of the passengers. Tour participant can lodge a complaint with the local authorities on his/her sole discretion, cost, risk and consequences.

RULE 7 – No guarantee of  Seat and Berth   Lower / Middle or Upper in Rail /Bus / Car, as we are totally dependable on Indian Railway & Transport Company.

RULE 8 – No food service will be served for the AC Railway reserved tourist those who are travelling with us in the same or different train by “JABETO CHOLO”.

RULE 9 – Package cost may increase if  fuel cost of Transportation or Railway fare increases after booking. Increased packaged cost should be paid by passengers.

RULE 10 – During touring period applicable Surcharge on particular event, Festival, exhibition, Fairs etc. will be paid by guest.

RULE 11 – All the passengers are requested to carry 2′ x 2′ or 24″ suitcase and one small handbag, The sum  weight should be lesser than 20 Kgs “JABETO CHOLO”  will be not responsible for any extra luggage. 

RULE 12 – In case of delay from begging to end of the tour due to political insurgency, strike, natural calamity or  train running schedule “JABETO CHOLO” will not bear any additional cost of any Food, Room rent / car rent / food in rail (If Any). If  “JABETO CHOLO” makes any arrangements then tourists have to accept  those arrangements & also  have to pay extra money for arrangements.

RULE 13 – Enrolment of child (if any) is mandatory. Child above 5 years have to pay 100 % of package amount, child between 2 to 5 years have to pay 50% of the package amount and no train berth & vehicle seat will be allotted, if train berth & vehicle seat is needed then 80% of the  packaged amount have to be paid. Child below 2 years is free & no food and no other service will be served.

RULE 14 – Room allotment or changes is full & final decision of  “JABETO CHOLO”. We will try to allot Room  in the Hotels as per Family, except some destinations like Kedar Badri / Yamunatri / Gangotri etc. 
If any tourist takes extra or separate room then they had to make extra payment for that, this is also informed that personal food ordered in hotel room / restaurant will be paid by tourist. “JABETO CHOLO” will not make any payment for extra service ordered.

RULE 15 – Advance booking money will be the 50% of the Principal Package amount. Full amount should be paid before 15 days tour starts, if not then above-mentioned tour will be assumed as cancelled by the passenger.

RULE 16 – The tour Manager or any staff of  “JABETO CHOLO” is not responsible or liable to fix the rates of the porters or negotiate with them at the railway stations or anywhere for the passengers.

RULE 17 – If hotel do not have lift service then floor allotment is fully our decision. Tourist has to agree which ever floor we provide but “JABETO CHOLO” will try that senior citizen & physically disabled should get ground floor rooms. No commitment of  Western Commode in hotel’s  wash rooms.

RULE 18 – During tour period tourist are requested wear ID card provided by “JABETO CHOLO”, whenever tourist goes outside of hotel.

RULE 19 – Tourists are strictly requested that they should maintain the time schedule given by “JABETO CHOLO”. 

RULE 20 – Tourist may have to use  their own lock for hotel rooms for the security of their materials in hotel . In rail also tourist should carry a chain lock for their luggage. If loss of material occurs “JABETO CHOLO” will be not responsible in any mean.

RULE 21 – “JABETO CHOLO” can Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehaviour especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager.

RULE 22 – If “JABETO CHOLO” announces any discounted offer for a particular tour. “JABETO CHOLO” also have right to withdraw discount at any point of time.

RULE 23 –  The Company reserves the right to Take the booking for the group tour and individual tour.

RULE 24 –  Also do read booking procedure which is given in every package detail.

RULE 25 –   According  to Indian Govt.  Law  it is mandatory to pay GST on total tour package.

 Rules For Cancellation Of Tour

In case of cancellation after booking, the Refund amount shall be made subjected to the following cancellation charges on the Principal Package amount : 

1 > From the Date of Booking , 30 Days before Journey Date 30 % deduction per head on Principal Package amount. 

2 > From the Date of Booking, 30 Days – 15 Days before Journey Date 50 % deduction per head on Principal Package amount. 

3 > From the Date of Booking, 15 Days – 07 Days before Journey Date 75 %  deduction per head on Principal Package amount. 

4 > No, Refund is allowed if cancellation is made 06 Days before the Journey commence. 

5 > Tour Cancellation or Booking or any Changes in bill voucher is not accepted over Telephone. 

6 > For cancellation of booked tour  please produce your Advance / Final Bill Voucher. [Photo Copy not accepted] 

7 >No cancellation charge if the Particular Tour is cancelled by “JABETO CHOLO”. 

8 > “JABETO CHOLO” can cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this case the company shall refund full money to the guest.

9 >  Transfer of booking to another person is not permissible.

10 > Please do not request for the consideration of any “rules”.
