Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival at Auckland
On Arrival at Auckland Airport and meet and greet and greet by our representative. Enjoy rest of the day at leirsure. Later evening we visit the Sky tower. Post tour return back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 : Auckland – Rotorua
After breakfast proceed to Rotorua the Sulphur City. The name Rotorua comes from Maori. Roto means lake and Rua means two. It has second largest lake in North Island. Rotorua is one place where the turbulent forces that formed New Zealand are most evident. This city, on the Volcanic Plateau, has one of the worlds most lively fields of geothermal activity. On Arrival check-in to the Hotel. Later we enjoy the Polynesian Spa. enjoy rest of the day leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 : Rotorua
After breakfast visit the famous Rainbow Springs, Explore Rainbow Springs, New Zealand’s largest and most successful kiwi conservation center. Wander through the paved pathways with native plant species. Later visit the world famous Agrodome agricultural show – a must see stage show starring new Zealands 19 breeds of sheep, sheep shearing and dog trails, Later we visit Whakharewarewa Thermal Reserves. Post tour return back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 : Rotorua
After breakfast leave for Huka Falls. The Huka Falls are a set of waterfalls on the Waikato River that drains Lake Taupo in New Zealand. A few hundred metres upstream from the Huka Falls, the Waikato River narrows from approximately 100 metres across into a canyon only 15 metres across. Spend full Day at Huka Falls. Post tour return back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5 : Rotorua – Auckland
After Breakfast, proceed once again to visit the City of Sails and the trade capital of New Zealand, Auckland. Arrive and take Orientation tour of Auckland where you shall visit Michael Josef Savage Memorial and click the memories of wonderful Auckland in your cameras from here. Further drive down through Tamaki drive to see the spectacular beaches of Auckland passing through the Mission Bay and upwards to the Ladies bay to have a glimpse of the magnificent properties of the riches of New Zealand. Later drive through the city to visit the Center most point of Auckland, Mt. Eden, where you shall capture the most scenic views of all round area of Auckland and both the harbors- Waitemata & Manukau. Late afternoon check-in to the Hotel. enjoy rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6 : Auckland – Queenstown – Te Anua
After breakfast proceed to Auckland Airport to Board flight for Queenstown. Arrive at Queenstown and proceed to Te Anau. Te Anau is a town in the Southland region of the South Island of New Zealand. It is on the eastern shore of Lake Te Anau in Fiordland. Lake Te Anau is the largest lake in the South Island and second only within New Zealand to Lake Taupo. Arrive and check in at Hotel. Later we visit the Te Anua Glowworm Caves. Post tour return back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7 : Te Anua – Milford Sound – Queenstown
After breakfast proceed to Milford Sound. Travel through the spectacular Eglington valley and homer tunnel to world famous Milford sound. Upon arrival, board your red boat vessel for a spectacular cruise in Nzs most famous waterway to explore the wonder of this majestic fjord. See MITRE peak, one of the highest mountain in the area to rise directly from the ocean floor. view the Stirling and the Bowen falls as your cruise takes you out to the mouth of Tasman Sea. Also spot the seals and watch out for dolphins surfing the bow wave of the boat. Enjoy a cruise on the famous sound. Later proceed to Queenstown. Queenstown is the adventure Sports Capital of the world.It the largest center in Central Otago, and the third larg est in Otago. It is built around Lake Wakatipu, and has spectacular views of nearby mountains. It has an estimated resident population of 10,416. Proceed to Mother of Bungee, the world famous Kawarau Bungee Bridge. Gather some of the inner strength to take a plunge above the Clear waters of Kawarau River and feel the adrenaline (Optional). After bungee drive to the Historical Arrow town, this came into existence on the world map during the gold rush period. Check your luck if you can find some Gold Nuggets at the Arrow river. Later arrive Queenstown and check-in into the Hotel. Overnight at the Queenstown.

Day 8 : Queenstown
After Breakfast enjoys the truly unique experience of riding the famous Skyline Gondola 450m above Queenstown to bobs peak and the skyline complex. Enjoy breathtaking views of lake and mountains from every point. Here you can also induce your young instinct to drive (Optional) Luge car, which they say once is never enough and it stands true to the experience. After the ride, you may relax in coffee shop, or browse in the souvenir shop (any expenses here will be on own cost), or watch parameters and bungee jumpers. Enjoy rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the Hotel

Day 9 : Queenstown
After Breakfast day will be free for rest and leisure activities. Explore Queenstown on your Own. Overnight at Queenstown.

Day 10 : Queenstown – Christchurch
After breakfast Proceed for Christchurch. Pass through the largest fruit producing town of Cromwell. Enroute also pass through the breathtaking Lake Pukaki, in the foothills of the tallest and the world famous Mt. Cook. Later proceed to visit International Antarctic Centre (If Time Permits), which shows us excellent history of South Pole – Antarctica and the part that Christchurch has played. Arrive and check-in into the Hotel, overnight at the hotel.

Day 11 : Departure from Christchurch
After breakfast proceed to airport to board flight for Return Journey. Trip ends here with a bag full of memories to look back upon with relish and nostalgia!

- GST shall be applicable over and above the package prices.
- Your e-tickets will be sent 3 days before departure in case of fixed departure.
- Above rates are Net and Non Commissionable.
- The package price does not include – Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
- Meal plan: EP – Accommodation only, CP – Accommodation with breakfast, MAP – Accommodation with breakfast, lunch or dinner, AP – Accommodation with breakfast, lunch & dinner.
- Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- In case of any Visa denial or any delay in Visa process we shall not be resonsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate / embassy descretion. We cannot guarantee if visa shall be granted and duration to process the same.
- In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.( AC will not work on hills )
- Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
- It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID’s (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
- Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
- Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
- Any refund payable to the Guest (if any applicable as per cancellation policy) will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
- From 1 June 2016 onwards if any invoice amount is above 2 lacs and mode of payment full or partial is in cash (cash paid at counter or deposited in bank) 1% TCS will be applicabke and to be deposited extra on total amount and PAN card copy has to be shared.

- The Company reserves the right to:
- Take the booking for the group tour and individual tour.
- Cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this case the company shall refund the money to the guest.
- Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehaviour especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager.
- Withdraw discounts at any point of time.
- Change the routing of Air Travel.
- Change hotel and/tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made 30 days or more before departure date – 25% of package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.
- Cancellation made 15 to 30 Days prior to Departure – 50% of package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.
- Cancellation made within 15 Days before Departure – 100% of package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.
- In case of no show – 100% of package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.

Cancellation Due To Visa Rejection
- All the clients travelling on a tour must be in possession of a valid visa. However kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant / reject visa even after submitting all relevant documents and the company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy’s decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for Visa. The company will not be responsible for non-issuance of visa due to receipt of incomplete / delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of visa will further be delayed / rejected, and the client will not hold JABETO CHOLO for the same. Client should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy Upon rejection of visa, if the client wishes to reapply for the visa, he/she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he/she will not claim from JABETO CHOLO
Loss/Damage
- Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay in the hotel or while traveling in the coach. Due to theft or loss of baggage, tour participant can lodge a complaint with the local authorities on his/her sole discretion, cost, risk and consequences.
