Terms & Conditions

1. We avoid last minute bookings, so we book the car 48 hours prior only.

2. We offer chauffeur driven cars only, so we do not offer self drive cars.

3. We do not offer share car or on away car, so we charge for round trip charges. Kilometers or hours will be calculated from garage to garage basis.

4. Car hiring period is minimum 10 hours or 80 km, whichever is applicable first.

5. After 11:00 pm there is a night service charge for chauffeurs that is rs.200.

6. In case of morning duty ( that is before 5:00 am ) there is a morning charge for chauffeur rs.200.

7. Out station charge for the chauffeur is rs.700 per day.

8. If car is decorated with flower or others for marriage or any purpose a polish charge or rs.1000. Will be applied and it should be notified to jabeto cholo at the timing of booking, if not decoration will not be allowed.

9. We manage and booking our services from Jabeto Cholo head office only.

10. We avoid bargaining because we have fixed tariff for every location and vehicle.

11. 30% payment in advance as a booking amount (not refundable amount) for outstation

12. driver will take balance full payment at release time hotel / airport / rly station / home

13. please take care of the belongings before leaving the cab and Jabeto cholo is not responsible for any loss

14. any delay due to customer or unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jam, breakdown, accidents, severe weather conditions etc jabeto cholo  is not held responsible

15. If the payment on the credit card / debit card / net banking is declined / cheque failed for some reason, a alternate payment should be made to jabeto cholo , 72 hours prior to the time of departure, else the order is liable to be cancelled and also a fined will be applied.

16. Toll taxes, parking’s, state taxes or any donation paid by hirer

17. Ac will not work in hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle

18. Night travel not allowed in winters due to fog (strictly), for safety

19. The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel / petrol prices in india after booking

20. Any abuse to our drivers or unacceptable behavior or driver feels in risk then driver has the right to ask the passengers to leave the vehicle after taking permission from jabeto cholo.

21. please note down the car  receiving & release timing and km while signing duty slip, after that nothing will be heard ( garage to garage )  

22. We don’t carry excess or illegal baggage on our car.

23. Gst will be applicable for every booking

24. please do not request for the consideration of any “terms and conditions”.

25. We suggest you to read terms and condition carefully before any booking.
