Terms & Conditions

• The Company will not be responsible for any loss of goods or property of the passengers and accident. Carrying of any undisclosed currency /goods will thus be the sole responsibility of the passenger and the company will not be responsible or entertain any such claim from any passenger due to misplacement or theft of such items during the course of journey.

• The Company will not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to break down of the vehicle or any other reason beyond the control of the Company.

• if Video and Air conditioning of the bus break downs temporally, customer have to adjust with us

• travelling with pet would not be allowed on bus.

• Passenger have to pay garage to garage amount.

• Ac will not work on hill area.

• 50% of full amount should be paid at the time of booking and remaining amount should be paid two days before of journey date.

• We manage and booking our services from Jabeto Cholo head office only.

• please take care of the belongings before leaving the cab and Jabeto Cholo is not responsible for any loss.

• any delay due to customer or unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jam, breakdown, accidents, severe weather conditions etc. Jabeto Cholo  is not held responsible.

• If the payment on the credit card / debit card / net banking is declined / cheque failed for some reason, a alternate payment should be made to Jabeto Cholo , 72 hours prior to the time of departure, else the order is liable to be cancelled and also a fined will be applied.

• Toll taxes, parking’s, state taxes or any donation paid by hirer.

• Night travel not allowed in winters due to fog (strictly), for safety.

• The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel / petrol prices in India after booking.

• Any abuse to our drivers or unacceptable behavior or driver feels in risk then driver has the right to ask the passengers to leave the vehicle after taking permission from Jabeto Cholo.

• GST will be applicable for every booking.

• please do not request for the consideration of any “terms and conditions”.

• We suggest you to read terms and condition carefully before any booking.

• Details of Bus and Driver will be shared with customers one day prior to the date of journey.

• Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods etc. and any other articles that are prohibited under law. Maximum baggage allowed per passenger is 20 Kg. We shall not take responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the passenger luggage. We reserve the right to disallow any excess baggage carried by the passengers. We highly recommend that you remove all valuables (cameras, jewelry, money, electronics, perishables, etc.) and medication from your luggage. In case, the passenger decides to carry any valuables against the above advice they will do this at their own risk and shall not hold us responsible for any pilferage/ damage etc. to such valuables. We took no liability for wear and tear to luggage any guest with medical condition or passenger with any critical disease will travel at his own risk and consequences.

• In case of bus booking cancellation, Cancellation charges will be according to decision of Jabeto Cholo.
