Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival At Johannesburg
Arrive Johannesburg and after clearing customs and immigration proceed for a Johannesburg city tour. We visit The Gandhi Square where statue of Gandhiji was inaugurated by Mayor in 2003 where a different look of Gandhiji can be seen. Also place where Gandhiji had his office. We also visit Nelson Mandela square. Nelson Mandela is the Father of the Nation and First Democratically elected first President of South Africa. A towering sculpture of South Africa’s favorite son holds court over Nelson Mandela Square. One of the largest open public spaces in the country, the Square adjoins the renowned SandtonCity complex. This European styled piazza commemorates heritage and celebrates international style with the warmth of African hospitality Thereafter proceed to check in at our Hotel. Dinner and stay at Johannesburg.
Day 2 : Johannesburg – Sun City
After breakfast proceed to Sun City.A legendary destination designed by dreamers for luxury- seekers. The magnificence of the wildlife landscape is depicted through lions, kudus, birds and beasts of all kinds these are immortalized in status, stones carvings, mosaic illustrations, vaulted ceilings. Suncity offers a myriad of different entertainment and relaxation opportunities, as well as enough attractions and activities to keep everyone busy. Valley of Waves is one of the Major attraction in Sun City also you have an option to Visit Bird Aviary or enjoy Optional activities like Quad biking, Jet Ski, Parasailing, Motor boats, Banana ride etc. Arrive and Check-In at the Hotel. Day 3 : Sun City – Cape Town
After Breakfast Check out and Enjoy Sun City half Day then after Depart from Sun City at 03 0Clock and proceed to Johannesburg airport to board flight for Cape Town. Arrive Cape TownCape Town. This is South Africas most beautiful city, blessed with good climate, natural setting, and well-developed infrastructure. Also known as The Mother city it is the second most populous city in South Africa after Johannesburg. We arrive and check in at our Hotel. Arrive at Hotel THE WESTIN check in and Visit V&A Waterfront via Westin Shuttle every 40 Mins from and to Hotel.Dinner at our Hotel. (Optional can Enjoy the Night Life of Cape Town)

Day 4 : Cape Town
After breakfast Proceed to Peninsular Tour drive through beautiful Ocean Stretch of Cape Town drive to Maidens Cove a Picture Perfect Stop where you can have an amazing view of Twelve Apostles then after proceed to Hout Bay where you can experience a Seal Island Cruise a close view to township of Seals then after Proceed Via Scenic Drive called Chapmans Pic one of the Five most Scenic Drive around South Africa towards Cape Point. On way via Simons Town Visit “Cape Of Good Hope” (South Western Point of the African Continent).On the way back visit Seal Island.Dinner and stay at Cape Town.

Day 5 : Cape Town
After enjoying your breakfast proceed to drive up to the cable car station, for a cable car ride up Table mountain (if weather permits), South Africa’s premiere tourist attraction. The exhilarating assent of Table Mountain provides breathtaking views over the city and its beaches. The Panorama Stretches from Table Bay to False Bay and around the mountain to the Hout bay valley. Later we proceed for an Orientation City Tour visiting Green Market Square, District 6, Company Gardens, Houses of Parliament, the Castle, signal hill, sea point, water front, Malay Quarters and downtown business district and Clifton on the way to Hout Bay. Day 6 : Cape Town – Mossel Bay
After Breakfast we check out and proceed towards Mossel Bay. On our way we will Visit Canal Walk. Canal Walk is the Third Largest shopping complex in Africa. The shopping Centre hosts over 400 stores, 7000 parking bays, numerous restaurants, 20 cinemas plus a game arcade then after again we proceed our Journey towards Mossel bay.Arrive Mossel bay check in at the Hotel Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 7 : Mossel Bay – Kysna – Mossel Bay
After breakfast we proceed for a day excursion of Knysna, on the way we take our halt at Bloukrans Bridge located in the Tsitsikamma region for Bungee Jumping (optional). Bloukrans Bridge is the site of the worlds highest commercial bungee jumping. Thereafter we proceed to take our halt at Knysna – is a town in the heart of South Africa’s beautiful Garden Route just East of Cape Town. Knysna lies nestled in between the Outeniqua Mountains and the Indian Ocean where you can enjoy Board Knysna Cruise on Knysna Lagoon. After a brief picture halt we precede our journey crossing some of the beautiful towns falling by the sea. Overnight Stay is at Mossel Bay.

Day 8 : Mossel Bay
After Breakfast proceed to enjoy other optional Activities such as Helicopter Ride giving us the breathtaking views of the wonderful sea and more than 60 kilometers of beaches, and Optional Activities like Quad Biking Adventure enjoy the ride on a 4 wheeled bike where you can have an experience of lifetime and Speed Boat ride. In the evening we go for star gazing under the beautiful African sky. Overnight Stay is at Mossel Bay.

Day 9 : Mossel Bay – Oudtshoorn – Mossel Bay
After breakfast proceed to Oudtshoorn, which is the ostrich capital of the world. Oudtshroon is a town in the Western Cape province of South Africa, located between the Swartberg Mountains to the north and the Outeniqua mountains to the south. In between weproceed to Cango caves, Africa’s largest show cave system and one of the world’s great wonders, to experience the fusion of fantasy with natural beauty in the world’s finest stalactite caves. Thereafter proceed to Ostrich Farm to avail the ever had opportunity to stand on top of an ostrich egg. Later on we visit Cheetah Land where you will experience Cheetah Encounter and Crocodile Farm at Cango wildlife ranch. Overnight Stay is at Mossel Bay.

Day 10 : Mossel Bay
After Breakfast we proceed for 1 Round of Introduction to Golf at Golf Estate where you learn from the best golfers on the continent while you practice power on the driving range and accuracy on the Putt Putt course. Then after proceed for the Breath taking amazing Helicopter Ride where you can experience a helicopter ride with view of African Animals roaming around in Private own farm Overnight at the Hotel

Day 11 : Mossel Bay
After Breakfast day free to enjoy other Optional Activities like Sky Diving, Speed Boats, then after proceed to Langerberg Mall which one of the biggest mall in Mossel bay where you can have a look to African Trend then after Enjoy Spa at the Hotel. Overnight stay at Mossel Bay.

Day 12 : Mossel Bay – Game Drive
After breakfast check out and we proceed towards Albertinia. Check in at The Game Lodge then after meet at Reception area for your thrilling open vehicle safari. African safari will give you a chance to come across the big 5 of the continent which includes Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Wild Buffalo and African Rhino. Return back to the Hotel.Overnight Stay in Game Lodge.

Day 13 : Game Drive – Johannesburg
After Breakfast Check and Proceed towards Airport to Board the Flight for Johannesburg. Arrive Johannesburg and Proceed towards the Hotel. - Your e-tickets will be sent 3 days before departure in case of fixed departure.
- Above rates are Net and Non Commissionable.
- The package price does not include – Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
- Meal plan: EP – Accommodation only, CP – Accommodation with breakfast, MAP – Accommodation with breakfast, lunch or dinner, AP – Accommodation with breakfast, lunch & dinner.
- Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- In case of any Visa denial or any delay in Visa process we shall not be resonsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate / embassy descretion. We cannot guarantee if visa shall be granted and duration to process the same.
- In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.( AC will not work on hills )
- Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
- It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID’s (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
- Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
- Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
- Any refund payable to the Guest (if any applicable as per cancellation policy) will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
- From 1 June 2016 onwards if any invoice amount is above 2 lacs and mode of payment full or partial is in cash (cash paid at counter or deposited in bank) 1% TCS will be applicabke and to be deposited extra on total amount and PAN card copy has to be shared.
- Also do read booking procedure which is given in every package details.
- The Company reserves the right to:
- Take the booking for the group tour and individual tour.
- Cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this case the company shall refund the money to the guest.
- Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehaviour especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager.
- Withdraw discounts at any point of time.
- Change the routing of Air Travel.
- Change hotel and/tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made 30 days or more before departure date – 25% of package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.
- Cancellation made 15 to 30 Days prior to Departure – 50% of package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.
- Cancellation made within 15 Days before Departure – 100% of package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.
- In case of no show – 100% of package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.

Cancellation Due To Visa Rejection
- All the clients travelling on a tour must be in possession of a valid visa. However kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant / reject visa even after submitting all relevant documents and the company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy’s decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for Visa. The company will not be responsible for non-issuance of visa due to receipt of incomplete / delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of visa will further be delayed / rejected, and the client will not hold JABETO CHOLO for the same. Client should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy Upon rejection of visa, if the client wishes to reapply for the visa, he/she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he/she will not claim from JABETO CHOLO
Loss/Damage
- Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay in the hotel or while traveling in the coach. Due to theft or loss of baggage, tour participant can lodge a complaint with the local authorities on his/her sole discretion, cost, risk and consequences.
